Located in Port Elliot, this renovation began as a simple kitchen and bathroom update but quickly grew into a complete two-storey transformation. What began small became a full architectural and landscape redesign, reshaping the home into a contemporary coastal retreat. Landscape design is by Lee Gray, with construction to be completed by Habitat Landscaping in the coming months.

The upper level is now a bright, open-plan space, with the kitchen reconfigured for better flow between living and dining. A full-height TV unit anchors the living zone, while a new island forms the home's central gathering point. Finishes include grey gloss subway tiles, Classic White and Laminex Planked Urban Oak cabinetry, and Caesarstone benchtops, paired with premium appliances from Falcon, Miele, Fisher & Paykel and Liebherr. Downstairs, a revitalised main bathroom features a freestanding bath, blue gloss feature tile and stone-look flooring.

The interior palette brings warmth and coastal character through soft timber tones, stone-look benchtops, textured tiling and crisp cabinetry. Layered lighting and refined detailing elevate the spaces while keeping a calm, understated feel.

The result is a cohesive coastal home: refined yet relaxed, grounded in its surroundings, and suited to modern South Australian living.
