Russell got into building because he liked solving problems with his hands, and because at the end of a hard day on site, you can look at something and know you made it right. That standard hasn't shifted in fifteen years.
Every Kleinig build is tracked stage by stage, detailed against a checklist, and overseen directly by Russell until the keys are handed over. Not because it's policy. Because anything less isn't worth putting his name on.
The Fleurieu is home not just a market. Russell grew up here, his family built businesses here, and the community that supported them still matters to him.
